Polyimide fiber, also known as arylimide fiber, refers to the molecular chain containing arylimide fiber.
The strength of ether homopexed fiber is 4 ~ 5cN/dtex, the elongation is 5% ~ 7%, the modulus is 10 ~ 12GPa, the strength retention rate is 50% ~ 70% after 100h at 300℃, the limiting oxygen index is 44, and the radiation resistance is good. Ketone copolymerization fiber has approximately hollow shaped section, strength 3.8cN/dtex, elongation 32%, modulus 35cN/dtex, density 1.41g/cm, shrinkage of boiling water and 250℃ is less than 0.5% and 1%, respectively.
It is used for high temperature dust filter material, electrical insulation material, all kinds of high temperature and flame retardant protective clothing, parachute, honeycomb structure and heat sealing material, composite material reinforcement and anti-radiation material.
